Coast to Coast Walk

My good friend Caroline and I are just back from 15 days of walking in the North of England. St Bees in The Lake Distract to Robin Hood’s Bay just down from The North York Moors. Wonderful!

Of course Legs Up The Wall was a must every evening after a full day of walking to allow the blood to drain out of our legs and to the heart where it could be re-oxygenated and pumped back round the body having a rejuvenating effect on each and cell leaving us fit and health for the next days walk!

We even had time to attend an Iyengar Yoga class – At Osmotherly Village Hall with Helen Cameron.
