Anahata Chakra
Join myself and Prabhakara for a full day exploring the energies, characteristics and yoga associated with the 4th energy centre.
The day is dedicated to exploring the energies, characteristics and yoga practises associated with the HEART energy centre.
We will practise yoga (both dynamic and restful), breathing, meditation and perhaps some yoga nidra (guided relaxation).
A light lunch is provided plus we will finish the day with tea and cake
Elmslie House is a perfectly gorgeous space to hold us during this workshop. It is clean, spacious and warm with underfloor heating, art on the walls and Elmslie features like the glass ceiling and stone fireplace. A wonderful venue to inspire our yoga practise.
