YOGA NIDRA = Guided relaxation
GENTLE = Suitable for those looking for a slower paced class. Beginners welcome.
STRONG = Often a more dynamic class or a class with more advanced poses and longer holds.
DYNAMIC = Currently we are looking at the Sivananda Yoga sequence
RESTORATIVE = Long hold using lots of props to support and nurture the body into profound alignment and relaxation
